Dell Inspiron 15-3542 2beeps porblem

hi friends
i have Dell Inspiron 15-3542 with 2beeps problem
mb Wistron Cedar 13269-1
i try to change the ram and clean ram slot and reflash bios with ok tested one
but with no result
pl4902 1.35v
dm1 -ram slot volts(with ram)
pin 204 vtt1 = .675v
pin 199 3.4v
pin 30 DDR3_DRAMRST# 0V
R410 PIN1 1.35v
pin2 0v
it is fault cpu ?
any help please

What is resistance to ground on pin30(dramrst#)?
Check resistance of R410.

Also check continuity between pin2 of R410 and pin 30.

Q1201/1202 working?? Most of the time its not cpu fault. have patience, this can be solved.

What is resistance to ground on pin30(dramrst#)?
Check resistance of R410.

Also check continuity between pin2 of R410 and pin 30.

resistance to ground on pin30 is 0L
r410 is 0.47k ohm ok and there is no resistance to ground (0L) on both side

Check Q1801. What is voltage on PCH_SMBDATA (pin200 on ram slot) and PCH_SMBCLK (pin202)?

Do you have a bench power supply? If yes, what is current draw when board is on (with and without RAM)?

q1801 all pins 3.3v
ram slot pin 200 and 202 3.3v

Something is wrong in ram circuit only. You need to check full ram requirements as per schematic.

problem solved by reflash bios with file extracted from dell website by machine service tag
