Hello. I have the same model, with charging problem. I insert a brand new battery, and its working great, but not charging, but showing, the AC is connected. In Aida64, shown discarcing. a bit confused. can somebody guuide me?

try to charge it without turning on the laptop. wait 30 min and boot it to windows if it charge try to delete the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery in the device manager and rebootNever stop LEARNING because life never stops TEACHING!Comment
