Hi all ,
Shorted this laptop when resembling(left charger in)
Put laptop aside for when i had more time ,which turns out to be now just whizzing around the board
+5VPCU=150ohms
+3VPCU=14ohms
Found 150 ohms on +5VPCU is with PL12 Removed (+meter probe on 5VPC side & -probe on GND plane)
Also 14 ohms on +3VPCU with PL13 Removed
Would i be right in thinking this isnt correct

I think it has serious damage. can be on io or chipset. but try to remove fet(vs) on the short rail
