no display x553ma rev 2.0

Hi good day , I accidentaly soldered the gnd to RTC_RST# then plug back the charger and there was no display after that , I tried different memory but no luck.
What maybe the worst case senario ? will the board be dead ?

I have the backup of the bios

# means it is active low. so u just activate that signal.
