Toshiba Satellite l50-b-281 and 0.8GHz

Good day!
I need help with my Satellite l50-b-281 (PSKTCE) notebook.
I have the problem after Bios update to version 2.00. Flashing was successful. But the CPU freq stuck at 0.8Ghz. Dynamic CPU Freq. mode in setup set to "Dynamic Switch".

But I don't have a bios v.1.80 for test this. And I'm afraid do this because toshiba "says": "Don't flash BIOS back to older BIOS version (BIOS v1.00 ~ v1.80), it will cause system dead."
Motherboard is DABLIDMB8E0 REV:E

somebody wrote to use charger with more power to get cpu at normal frequency

But I'm using notebook with battery, got new two month ago. With v1.80 it was normal.

I don't have it.
And I don’t know how to do this so that it does not kill the system
