Lenovo v110-15ISK Display Black

Hello, this is my firts thread, and i need your help!

I have a Lenovo v110-15ISK
motherboard model: LV115SK

it Turning ON but the Display is in black. I see the voltage on the motherboard and I believe that it's normal, 5V/3V/1.9V

The battery charging, and the USB 3.0 have 5V, and the transistors have voltage of 3V.

I believe it's the BIOS, but before buying it, any suggestions? Because i'm not sure.

I have never soldered a chip of BIOS but I think I have a lot of experience welding and I'm not afraid to try, but I want to be sure, that it's the BIOS.

Do the usual steps before : change screen /screen cable/external display / change Ram

yeah, well, the screen were working, and all it's ok, then laptop turning off by itself and no work correctly.

ithe laptop dn't send video to external display, and only charge the battery and work the fan. But nothing else, no make sound of RAM error ... but i will try to change ram first.
