Toshiba Laptop L645D doesnt power on

Hi Techies,

Toshiba Laptop L645D doesnt power on. Power On switch pressed LEDs light for a second and go away leaving only power LED. I have the circuit diagram and checked NBSWON# and shows ok. Need assistance to go from there.

What about the 2 first mosfets ! if you use PSU so how many currents !
