    Asus X555LD not getting 3VSUS_ON

    Hi,
I have this puzzle with my X555LD rev3.1 board and it is driving me nuts for almost a month! BIOS chip is not getting the 3.3v power because 3VSUS_ON is missing.

I assume this signal is made from +3VA_EC using this R3051 (100k OHM) resistor. On one end of this resistor there is 3.3v (+3VA_EC) and on the other end 0V. I measured it's value - 100K OMH. than replaced it from the donor. Nothing changed... hands down...

Maybe someone had the same/similar issue?

    History of the machine?
    Resistance to ground on +3VSUS?
    Voltage on PCH_SLPSUS#, PM_SUSB#, PM_SUSC#?

History: board from a spill damaged notebook. Very light damage. Cleaned and re-flowed suspicious areas. Had to change the charging chip because there was no 3.3v and 5v. After the replacement initial power rails restored.

Resistance to ground on +3VSUS: ~155k OMH
      Voltages on PCH_SLPSUS#: 0v, PM_SUSB#: 0v, PM_SUSC#: 0v

Sorry, CORRECTION: resistance to ground on +3VSUS: ~4.2k OMH

But nontheless if on one side of the 100k resistor is 3.3v than on the other side it should be 2.5-3.0v something.. (if no short to ground)

Please remove this thread. It's me being an idiot....

The signal was not comming on because of some bios firmware related issue. I noticed by accident that for a few seconds 3.3v appear on bios 8-th leg. So... After flashing another bios the +5vsus and +3vsus are now present!
