    Dell Inspiron 15-3452 motherboard fail

    Hi,
    I have this Dell Inspiron 15-3452
    MB num: 13269-1 FX3MC Rev:A00
    Antecedent: I repaired 2 month before. The previous problem in 19V circuit one shorted capacitor.

    Now:When the laptop came to service i pluged dc power, push power button the status led is flash once and nothing else.
    I tried program the bios then start..
    The fan is spin, status led light then few second led goes off and the fan spin faster then stop.
    Measured the main circuit coils everything seems to fine. VCC_core:1.7V, PWR_VCC_PHASE:1V; DDR Memory:1.35V ; 5V/3.3V present

    im stuck...
