HP Envy 15-U493DL Charging light on, No power on

I have an HP Envy Motherboard 15-U493DL
DAY62PMB8E0 When Charger is plugged in the light goes on. When the power button is pressed nothing happens.
    Mosfet 1
    G 17.5v, D 19.5v, S 19.5v
    Mosfet 2
    G 25.9v, D 19.5v, S 19.5v
    Mosfet 3
    G .87v, D 19.5v, S .85v

@ 1st mosfet there is I think a Diode 19.5v Right and Left is 0v

    The 1st Coil is 0v
The 2nd Coil is .85v (should be 1.3v for memory)

The last 2 mosfets below coil 2 are as follows:
    Mosfet 4
    G .85v, D 19.5v, S .85v
    Mosfet 5
    G 0v, D .85v, S 0v

All other Coils on board are 0v

There is an IC next to the 1st coil that has 3 0v and 3.3v, 5v and 19.5v as listed

Is there anyone who can suggest what is wrong here?

If someone has a schematic I would appriecate it.

    Schematic + Boardview https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?p=948174

In future please ask for schematics in the Schematic Requests section.

that "memory" coil looks more like battery charging coil for me and .85V on it will corespond to not connected battery

Everything seems fine with your measurements. Power button has 3V?? Pressing it goes to zero?? Tried cmos reset?? Flash bios.

Thanks for the help. Memory coil was battery so it is ok. Yes the power button goes to zero. I can try to find bios file and flash. Im thinking IT8987 (super I/O) chip may be culprit. I will try to check the voltage there
