Too some extent YES. However, if laptop came after earlier service attempt, damage may be due to inexperienced hands. But intel/amd soc are very susceptible to failure. Too make matters worst, the price of new bga's are too high to make repair profitable not to speak of the reliability of so called new bga chips.

have many spare board so have many processors, but replace cost time and my time is not for free, so custommer dont want to pay 100e for replace. it is reasonable only on expencive laptops

Most of the spare boards will have a bad soc-I'mean chances are very high . Yes, it consumes a lot of time, success ratio is not that good.Sometimes it bends a bit and reballing them is a nightmare. If customer is not willing to spend a good amount-its pretty useless wasting time.
