Pin4 is ACDRV this line is connected to 1st 2 Fets Via resistor to Gate of the fets the one you remove , check the resistance to GND in DIODE mode with out power , after do a continuity test from pin4 of BQ24 to gate of the 1st two fets if no contunaty that means you have another component in between you have to trace it

OK Ok tried to power it and turn on the video immediately goes into the bios correctly. Retrying the first unsoldered fet with the probe R on D and probe N on S multimeter no value if I invert the probes there are 2.2 mega ohms. Probe R on D and N on G no value if I invert 2.3 mega ohms. If I put probe R on S and N on G there are 30 ohms

You are getting 30ohms S to G their should be no Value or high value Do you have N-channel 30V fets to replace?
