Hello Guys ... its an ASUS x541UVK ... i have No VCORE ... NCP81216 have enable pin (AllSystemPwrGood) high 3.3v, 19V is present and 5volt VCc is present .. what should i check else ... CPU resistance to ground is 8ohm

Is it just the one rail? What is the resistance on each of the larger coils?
