Acer f5-573G random poweroff and no KB BKL

Hello.
Have this Acer f5-573G that have random poweroff and no KB BKL as custommer said

I cannot make it to replicate thisshutdown but custommer said that it make when hes typing on KB. BL WORKS on power supply.

I measure that KBC is not releasing KBC_BL_ON signal. I try to power it on by keayboard Fn+F9 but notwork. Custommer said that BL starts to blink and after time it completely shuts off

KBC is IT8987E/CX

do u thing that KBC have some internal short?
It is programmable KBC but i dont have programmer for it

Now im littlebitconfused

Imanaged to get KB_BL_ON and have 5V on KB_BL connector, but BL not work

when i inject 5V to unconnected flex cable BL works and consumes 1W ,but when i connect it to connector and inject 5V BL notwork and consumes 0,2W

Did you cut the track on mb before applying 5v on BL line?? If so, seems like bad kbd

KBD seems good as i have signal from it. i not cut 5V line because it is switched so it is cut from factory :-)

why it draw so little current when connected to connector?

maybe corroded contact inside connector?
