hp 15-ay016nt no display

Hi everyone. I have a no display problem with 15" hp notebook. There was oxididation on super io conmectors 2-3-4-5. I thought io is broken and replaced with kb9022Q D. But the problem persists. Still no display. The power input is 0.25 mah after i open the notebook
