Hi!
I have a strange issue with an HP Pavilion. I got it with no hard drive, it has no problens running BIOS, it reads everything attached to it properly (Hard drive, RAM...), but when I try installing Windows it freezes up completely. If I try booting in UEFI mode, it freezes almost instantly, it shows the HP logo and the circling balls underneath freeze after not ever a complete circle. If I boot in legacy mode, it works for a minute, it loads the installation process, then it freezes at random, maybe while selecting the OS version, or while selecting the hard drive to use.
The only thing to do is hard restarting it.
The mobo is a DA0R76MB6D0.
I've already tried detaching everything (wifi card, HDD, ODD) and swapping out the ram. The USB key is working great on other PCs.
Where can the problem lay?
Thank you so much.
