Hello all once again, today I'm presenting the follow issue on a Toshiba Tecra A11.
I will post more motherboard and detailed info later.
So basically the board won't power up.
If you try to power it on switch there's no response.
The only thing you can see is on DC In LED, blinking orange.
With 3 long blinks wait for a second... and 2 short blinks after that it loops this sequence.
I search over Google, and seems theres a method to identify this issue by converting binary to hexadecimal and we get the error code of where's the problem on circuit.
I try some 3 different binary codes and I get different codes... Because I don't know if I have to start with 0 or 1 the sequence.
Anyone here know how to solve this blink code to hexadecimal?
