    i pulled on scrap board i think the pq502 is shorted when i removed it short i gone,when i put it back and try removing the pu501 still short on the mosfet

      a bad J7 controller has damahed the fet pq502 as well. So now you need to replace PU501+pq502.

        If you get 1.35V VDDQ RAM supply and 0.675V VTT RAM supply, why mess with PU501?
        If the high-side MOSFET PQ502 shorted there's a chance of killing SoC.

          I suggested to replace it as his initial measure indicated missing FB and Ref voltage but later he said they are present on re-measuring. but by that time he has already replaced it.
