MSI ms-1681 processor getting extremely hot and shut down

I'm having a problem with MSI laptop that is getting extremely hot, the processor is heating up, it an i5 processor, I replaced it with another processor and still doing the same thing again, it getting extremely hot, volts seems okay, it keeps on restarting the moment when it loading windows, can anyone help please, why the processor is getting extremely hot in such way, the fan and heat sink are perfect, I cleaned the fan, thermal paste applied, but still, changed the processor and still the same case. I don't have the schematic, what cause such tremendous amount of heat?

Could be a bad heatsink or not making good contact with the CPU die.
Or maybe a bad regulation on CPU VCore but that'd be very surprising…

Possibly a leaked heatpipe? Unplug the fan and feel if the fins on the heatsink get hot immediately. If only the mounting block on the cpu gets hot you most likely have a damaged heatpipe. Would be pretty odd but strange things can happen.
Or maybe bad die contact as piernov already mentioned.

Thank you so much for responding, so you suggest that I apply the large amount of thermal paste?

Dont appply too much paste. A small blob on each die (if not only one) is enough. It will spread when you mount the heatsink. You dont want it to run over the entire cpu package or even the mainboard.
