lenovo s110 processor glued to the board problem

lenovo s110 shorted processor

i have no way to pry the processor out of the board i already exceeded the temperature limit of 260c in my bga rework station temp profile, but still the processor does not move. my problem is that if i'll forced it possibility of lifting some tracks will make it worst and rendering the board useless.

any suggestion to remove the glue within the processor. i already soaked it in gasoline still the glue persisted. the glue is not visible in the side, but using a binocular microscope you can see the black glue..

any suggestion to remove it..thanks..

I'm also facing this very same problem in lenovo mb's but nothing has worked so far.
