Samsung Galaxy S7 No Image, Touch & Buttons

    Hi Guys.
I have an Galaxy S7 for data recovery in front of me.
The Phone does Boot and can receive Calls etc.
    Board is SM-G930F

However the Screen stays completely Black, Touch is not working and the Touch-Buttons also don't work. The screen doesn't look cracked at all. It looks like brand new actually.

The inductor on the bottom right has soften its own solder and shifted a little. Which isn't good i guess.

Some ideas? I can't unlock the phone without Touch.

Get the service manual : http://www.mediafire.com/file/31usf9...anual.rar/file

If you can`t desolder the metal frame all the way around to desolder the inductor you`ll have to cut a section out with snips.

I removed the metal frame and resoldered the inductor.
And what do you know it actually got to the boot screen.
BUT it got veeeeery hot and turned off a few seconds after.
Now the phone won't do anything. It is dead. Completely.
I looked around the SoC area and there were squeezed out solder
balls between the cpu/ram stackup. Well RIP.

I heard somewhere that "newer" android phones have encrypted internal memory...
My next step would usually be to get a donor phone and swap the memory chips to get the data that way. I don't even have to bother doing it when it's encrypted. Just write it off and call it a day...

The phone was in a shop to only replace the battery. They first shattered the back glass which can happen... but then they had to replace the display because they cracked it, wtf? After that they returned it with "mainboard damage"... Shady as f*ck...

I guess the owner will be pleased.
