X541UV Rev 2.0 Disable Onboard Ram

Hello i have a x541UV Rev2.0 Motherboard and This Motherboard Hang On Loading Windows !
i want to know hoe can i disable onboard ram ?
on this site tell how to do that but i can,t register on this site!

Hello. I have same issue.

I have removed the resistors from DIMM_SEL 0 1 2 and put 0 ohm resistor but the laptop still sees onboard memory.

Any ideas ?

Why do you remove all resistors?!

References on boardview are clear, you must have to moove R2181 to R2180 (to disable DIMM0, the onboard) and moove R2182 to R8183 (do activate DIMM1).

Simple. Tested am 100% working.

References on boardview are clear, you must have to moove R2181 to R2180 (to disable DIMM0, the onboard) and moove R2182 to R8183 (do activate DIMM1).

Simple. Tested am 100% working.

I did the same as in the picture, but the external ram did not work
Even though I removed the internal RAM
Do I need to switch between DIMM_SEL2 resistors

I don't think the image matches this boardview. Check your board model number and revision and find suitable boardview for it.
