*Story Line.

I have Costumer. Owner of this Lenovo Thinkpad T460S. She has a carry of this Laptop. Problem is Screen Broken. and she is co'z punch the Screen Panel

Hard to Find on store Here in Philippines.

the screen Specification is 14.0" 40pin 1920*1080 FRU IPS LCD FRU 00NY415
although it is a Touch type. model LP140WF5(SP) (B ).

I would like to change the screen panel of this type

Surface Type: Matte info
Video Connector: 40 pin screen socket info

Non- Touch.




my question is whether it is compatible or does not it have a problem with mobo or laptop?

Some lcd screens don't work as usual even if you buy them new, they need to be programmed. for this task the crack screen is a vital source as you will need to extract the .bin from the cracked screen and move it to the new one. it happened to me, and thats how I got it to work.
