Test all the Voltage’s on the Coils they are about 9 of them on the 2pic

Did you try to Reset BIOS battery? Remove RAM, CPU hold down the Power button etc.? If so test SIO pin 22 67 68 69 112 120
RAM Slot pin 202 203 124
LVDS connecter pin 1 2 3 5 11 30
How many Beeps do you get ?

I'd bet on a dead northbridge...

I too doubt it but will like to flash bios first with a known good dump.
