Hello everyone ....i have dell inspiron 3521 not working, motherboard 9104p , 19v is ok ,no 3valw/5valw , no short to ground in the rail of 19v and the rail of 3/5 valw...change the Ic ( RT8205LZQW) with a sure one who works perfect at other motherboard same problem !
i think that all the V is Ok on this IC :
entrip 1 and 2 = 1.2 and 1.3 v
vreg 3 = 3.3v and vreg 5 = 4.5 v!
Vin =19 v
en = 3v
But pin 20 and 11 = 0 v
i take this result with multimeter on OHM mode for the 2 solid capacitor after the coil , rail 3v = 122 ohm , rail 5v = 82 ohm....
waht else to chek!!..thx
