Iris BTM MB 14214-1 turn on by itself no video

Since there is no available schematic for this type.. anyone has experience with this dell laptop model. here is the motherboard

pin 1 - 3.35vdc
pin 2- 5.1vdc
pin 3 - 1.35vdc

i have replaced the FET 7410 and control ic 31716 in pin 3 since fet is shorted and control is burned. i think the voltage in pin 3 is way down any suggestion?

i gladly appreciate it if you can share with me the bios dump of this model. thanks in advance.

I assume maybe what you mean "pin" is block circuit.

It normal on block circuit RAM's regulator have output 1.35V since your board using DDR3L (suffix L mean low voltages).

thanks. so i think all the voltages in the board are correct.. maybe what i need is just to reflash the bios.

anyone has the bios of this model? thanks in advance.

update: flash the bios with dump from the net.
still the same symptoms:
no video
when you put the power adapter the cpu fan spins and turn on all the power with led light on,
after that the led light will die together with the cpu fan but all the power are present, the 3.3vdc, 5.1vdc 1.35vdc,
2.7vdc in the battery section since there is on battery attached
1.8vdc s5 VCC for bios 25Q64FWSIG, cpu power is .9vdc .8 vdc and 1vdc . because the cpu fan die the cpu is heating up. any suggestion.

since the model schematic is not available. i can't get any schematics that is identical to this model. any help or suggestion guys.. thanks
