friends i have this board with number pt10f um mb rev:2.1
when i put the charger its working auto without pressing power button
pulling in power supply 0.72
5v and 3.3 ok
1.12 cpu ok
bios 3.3 ok
also fan always working
can every one help ?

It could be a corrupt bios/EC , ask in the bios requests section for a bios.If you need a schematic ask in the schematic requests .

One of my laptops would start when plugging in the AC adapter if the keyboard (which contains the power button) was not plugged in. If keyboard plugged in then it would wait for the button press. Maybe something like this?
