Asus Pro5DI - Weird video on Intel 4500 IGP

Hello.
Have this asus pro5DI that have really veird video on IGP. one think i see is that on 2GB integrateg memory is original black tape, that looks like heat damaged from ram chips, but when i touch it it is not hot. It is doing only with installed drivers. without it everything works normal

any hint for it?

it looks like a graphics data processing problem. does this laptop have a DIS GPU too?
