Blinking LED lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBD

Hi all
I have lenovo IdeaPad 100-15IBD
When i make charger blinking orange light and when i try to power on blinking orange and power led white
I try to flash bios the same thing
I try to find 20v in Ac Pin adapter on motherboard
I found the voltage not stable 15,16,17v no 20v
I dont understand where is the problem

First try another charger.

I test only the charger i found 20v
When i plugin in the laptop it will be not stable 15,16,17v

I test universal charger it write 13v in the screen of charger
It work for 30sec and off and now the same thing like the original charger blinking THE two LED orange and white and dead

Check the first two mosfets after the dc-in .

Maybe the problem is solved
I try another charger of another laptop and now the laptop work and the battrey begin charge
