Hello everyone I have ps4 at repair symptoms are flowing blue light for 15 sec and the goes to white i am trad the following thing put sam heat on main cpu and gpu chip replacing hdmi encoder chip still nothing thanks in advance

On my working slim ps4:
When it boots it pulses slowly blue color, then goes to solid white. Could be ps4 is working in your case, but not video output.
