lenovo ideapad 100-15lby , when i sut down the doesnt power down completly , the hdd lite still glow. hold power botton for 1min to power down no luck, it remain that way till batt run down. after when adpter inserted the pc work normal but cannot power down completly
Any idea to fix this issie

Try removing the Lanchip and see if it shuts down correctly and completely.
