    toshiba satellite c50 b 17r dead

    hi from greece ,
    i check power jack\power button\bios chip, i have voltage general in board and battery pins also
    i think that problem is in plz03 ,plz04,pc623 & pc624 near cpu i have not voltage \ vcore ,i measure ohm with ground and i have short
    i also measure dc the pqz01 and i have 19 volt only pin 2,3,4
    board is :zbwaa la-b303p rev1
    tell me where to look

    pl03 & pl04,pc623 & pc624 when you measure what was the reading in OHM? So the MOB starts up but no image?

      o ohm four of them
      i have no power , no led in board

        desolder one pad of each PLZ03 & PLZ04 (pc623 & pc624 output line of the 2 Coils) and test witch side of the line is Short to GND after than you have to trace it back if you have the Schematic upload here to help

            Test your +B line PLZ01/PLZ02 for short

              I remove plz03 & plz04 and it power on but with no display
              Also The flex for keyboard must be not connected on board

                PLZ03 & PLZ04 Line test witch side is Short to GND Ohm with out CPU CORE no Display that’s normal

                  I think i found front of pu350 a short capacitor
                  (A little one)
                  Can you Please tell me the value
                  Also confirm value of plz03&plz04
                  (R22a 7j 512) is 0,22uh 24a?

                    for the plz03 & plz04 test continuity with the help of multimeter I think those are good it's not you problem ,Test your +B line PLZ01/PLZ02 for short with the help of multimeter in Ohm

                          Another strange thing i forgot :When i put flex of keyboard dont power on when i take it off power on with no display
