i have (Dell Inspiron 15 5100)
Board model: "IRIS BSW MB 14279-1 PBW:896X3 REV:A00"

when i try to power on LED orange and white blinking

and no power

i try to flash bios same problem

just plug ac adapter and measure main 5 &3.3 v before pressing power key and after
