Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E320 dead

Hi.

E320 is completely dead, found out that the power connector had made a short to the power button flatcable pin 3 and 4, and these two connections in the flatcable were open due to arching from the 20V. I fixed the flatcable but it is still dead. Only a very short blink from the power LED on the power switch PCB when plugging in. (I do not have a battery)

20V is present on the motherboard. Any ideas to where the pin3 and 4 in the power switch connector goes on the MB?

very likely to kbc. check kbc for short. Do you have 3/5V alw??

3.3V Stby and 5V Stby is present from the RT8206. Found out the kbc is an IT8518E and that the SWON# pin is 0.45V even it has a pull up to 3.3V. I will replace the kbc as the next step.
