hi , i have dell studio 1555 (DA0FM8MB8E0 Rev.E ) - start normal but no image on internal or crt or hdmi . all voltage are ok - 3.3 / 5v , all coil are powered and in norm , all chips are normal hot , fan no spin , bios is updated on programator , bios battery have 3.26 , all cristal working well and have generation , with test card(degug card) in pci-e slot reset is up and clok flashing every second - so what next ??

try to heat up gpu to 120c. let it cool to 50-60c and try to start

Probably bad ATI GPU HD 4570, they make the same Problems as NVIDIA Geforce 8xxx m GPUs

i heat it on bga profesional station , and sout bridge too - same ?? , another ideas ??

and why fan not spin , ships is around 65-70 hot , but fan not spin at all , fan is good - cheked in another mashine

fan rotatation control is from EC - bad EC or some thermo sensor ??

what other voltage rails are present other than 19v, 3.3v, and 5v?
upload the schematics document here. Does the fan have even a quarter spin at startup?

all voltage rail are present - no mising voltage , HWPG have , H_RESET# is up - 3.3v . i flash bios with A13 from dell and fan start spin at full speed , put test debug card in WPAN slot and reset is up , clock flash every second - show 88 error code .Again no image nowhere

now it seems to have a graphics-related problem. try Post#2 if there is a GPU.

If the GPU is defective, you have to either replace the GPU or scrap the mainboard. however, it is also possible that GPU is healthy and some other component is defective. So you have to test all other components such as CPU , RAM, PCH to make sure.

Unfortunately yes , price of 216-0728018 in my country is around $60 - only chip, i expect another matherboard for donor and will replece the gpu and write the result later
