programmer adapter socket

I have one mb with winbond 25Q16CV1G 1234 labelled on it. It looks like a regular mosfet. I have DIP20 200MIL and 150 MIL socket adapter but it doesnt fit in any of them. It's too small for 200MIL socket and a bit large for 150MIl socket.

I want to know the exact size of adapter needed to read this chip.

I use RT809F.

Thanks SMDFlea for reply. I got those datasheets. Problem is with socket adapter size.

PS: There are two types of winbond 25q16cv-One is very slim and the other one is like regular eeprom. Mine is Slim and resembles a mosfet in design(Not like the slim eeprom used in Lenovo G50 Series).

Yes thats correct. I need to buy this adapter as newer mb's will have this type of eeprom only. Thanks for your quick reply.

Thats what i did my friend for the immediate bios flash. I ordered the socket though which smdflea linked.
