Dell 3542 no stand by voltage

There is no stand by voltage (2 mobo with same problem) on Dell 3542 fx3me. There is no voltage on gate of the mosfets.i have changed the power ic but no luck....what should I check now...???please guide me thanks in advanced

there is voltage (19V) in PR4402 ? see schematics page 43

yes there is voltage in 4402 and also on in of power ic but no output on gate of mosfet

you talk about PU4503?? 5V and 3.3V Always?

yes..that means it must be 3.3v input on pwr_5v_en1 and 3.3v en1 to generate 3.3 and 5v always ...
