Acer E5-473G LA-C341P No Display (CPU Core 1.7v)

Does anyone knows how much voltage that normally cpu core for Acer E5-473G with mainboard LA-C341P....thx for reply or advise.

I have +1.7v at PL802, is it normal?? but still no display..
PL1002 = 1.5v
PL1203 PL1202 = 0.9v
PL602 = 1.05v
PL502 = 1.35v
tried to flash Bios and EC, still same no display...
Help Please

1.7V on CPU VCore is normal for Haswell/Broadwell.

Voltages look fine.
Is the BIOS POSTing at least? Operating system booting? Working on external display?

Thanks for reply...Bios not posting, can't boot,no display both (LVDS and External display).
