I need help on this Samsung Chromeook (model XE303C12 with Chrome OS is missing or damaged" error. anyone know how to recover this or fix this please share

When you get to that screen again press the TAB key for more info ,see what the error message is .

it shows 0x05 TPM error in read-only firmware

The TPM chip is an Infineon SLB9635, on the picture its the one with the red square around it:

You can`t replace the chip with a blank one,it might work with one from a XE303C12 donor board.

so there is no chance to reset this tpm error?or replace the chip and program it?
