I need help on this Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5928 laptop board id:6050A21750001-MB-A02 before laptop can turn on when shut down it cannot turn on i check voltages all present even on power button there is 3.3v pressing power button it goes to 0 and then back to 3.3v,but laptop not turning on
