    Hello To all

    I'm here Again for so very very Hard Repair nor Trouble-Shooting.
    Unit Model: Toshiba Sat- L745
    Problem : No Power

    1 Part Suspected PQ1 Location on MOBO Type of Part is AOD403
    Shorted -

    I'll Try to Find on my Stock but I dont Have Avail. Skipping Buying Online For Now.

    I need Advice to my Plan, About Converting the Mosfets.

    the Original Type Mosfet AOD403

    Also The two mosfet I Convert for Replacing (AOD403) "AO4407"

    Hoping Have Good Result

    But i Have a Questions?

    1. They could be a Same Voltage?
    2. They could be Increase Current?
    3. About The Power also They could be Increase too?

    nope, 4407 as substitute will not do. A lot of differences and not compatible in my opinion

            I'll take a rather reverse stand on that. Look for similar mosfets on scrap boards you have and check the datasheets to see if anything you have is compatible or not. Many acer mb uses this type of mosfet.
