When the fuse is blown. how can there be 19v on lvds connector??
19v will go thruogh the fuse only. Check resistance on both pins of fuse, if not shorted , you can put a jumper between both pins of fuse. This is for test purpose only. It is safer to put a fuse but atleast you can check by putting jumper.

As mcplslg123 said, you can use a jumper, or even use a higher rated fuse temporarily. If you still get nothing on the display check U11 .

there is no 19v on lvds connector. i checked resistance to the ground on one side 0L and on the other side 0.552v.I already tried putting wire on both sides of the fuse to test but still the same issue

pin 29 and 30 are ok. You should only put the jumper between pin 1 and 2 of f17 (VIN) . The lvds needs 19v on pins 8,9,10 only.

"because other side have 19v" .The other side of what have 19V , i assume you meant 19V on pin 2 of F17 before you put the jumper on ?

Ok ,so you have 19V on pin 2 before you put the jumper ACROSS from pin 2 to pin 1 of F17 pads. If you have 0V with the jumper then pins 8,9,10 or C292 is shorted
