If the battery is in working condition (in questi casi sarebbe meglio provare con una batteria sicuramente funzionante) and and the EC chip has no firmware problems ,
post the voltages on battery connector with and without battery inserted.
in addition to the charging voltage, there must be voltages concerning the smart battery protocol to drive the battery internal circuit. These lines (I / O) should start from the EC chip.
