Is it possible to program IT8586E by RT809F?
Did anyone do it?
I know KB9012 is possible. Just want to know about IT8586E.

can be done . You need PEB1 extension for that.

Can confirm that it works with the PEB-1 board. If unsure search on Youtube. You need to know the pinout of the keyboard connector or find it using continuity mode of your multimeter.
