Asus ultrabook s56c rebooing after 20min, i ave reload os no luck, d fan work fine, no sign of dust. how do i fix this pls

Initaly it was v207 ,after upgrade to v208 it wasn't succesful now system cannot boot to window, instead it goes back to setup. The bios file was downloaded from Asus Web with the instructions properly followed. Need assistance to clear the messComment
