Thank you for quick reply mcplslg123.
I have ordered ch341 programmer.
How do i go about flashing. There are two bios chips, do i flash them
individualy with separate file?
Where do i get files to flash bios,can i get them from dell sites?

I am new to bios flashing so detailed instruction will be welcomed.

Use files from post#9 of page1 of this thread. Yes you need to flash both files.

I have got my ch341 programmer now.
I have attached my back up(faulty)bios in bios request section.

My heartfelt thanks!

I restored my Vostro 3560 which apparently suffered the same fate as caspian's. I followed the procedure described in this thread an flashed both the 2M ROM for the Intel ME and the 4M ROM with the BIOS using Flashrom and an CH341 programmer with a SOIC8 clip.

Dell released a new BIOS (A20) for the VOSTRO 3560 back in November 2018

I extracted both images from the installer and attached them. The original binary blob from the installer is included as well.
