im pretty new to repairing things to this level and was wondering if you could help out. I have a Lenovo Ideapad 100 15-IBD that doesnt boot up.
fan spins 1/4 when the power button is pressed.
current use when plugged in 0.01ma
current use when button pressed is 0.08ma
Battery charges ok, DC in has 20V and i have 3.3V and 5V on their respective coils. here are the readings from the EC with the power on sequence.

86 - PBTN_OUT# - 3.3V / 2.6V (does it need to go low to 0V or just lower than 3.3V?)
18 - PM_SLP_S3# - 0V / 0.5mv
21 - PM_SLP_S4# - 0V / 1.6V (then straight back to 0V)
107 - SYSON - 0V / 3.3V (then back to 0V)
34 - SUS_VCCP - 04.1mv / 06.9mv
124 - SUSP# - 0V / 3.3V (for a second then back to 0V)
125 - VR_ON (EC_VR_ON) - 2.75V / 2.79V
99 - PCH_PWROK - 0V / 3.4V (for 1 second)
30 - SYS_PWROK - 0V / 3.4V (then back to 0V)
