these measurements seem normal so far. Now plug the AC adapter in and measure resistance to GND on PL8101 and PL8100 and PL8200 again. one of these three coils should be shorted.
was your measurement in post9 with the AC adapter plugged in? If so, unplug the AC adapter and measure resistance on PC9100 again.
After plugging in and without pressing the power button, how much voltage is on pins of R3093?
Note: I was not paying enough attention so far. So a few number of the measurements I said, were not required. Sorry. I have to think on multiple mainboards at the same time, so I mix them up sometimes. but now I will help you discover what is wrong on this mainboard.
It's okay. I understand and thank
the help. I'm not on board now. but pushing the button or not is the same. just by pressing the button for a while it lowers consumption. when released again it has consumption. Does this help? You perceive more and better than I do.
the board gets reset by pressing the button. so probably, that is why it consumes less for a short period (just maybe). The measurements of Post27 are very important to do tomorrow.
the PC9100 have
with AC
pin 1 2.066MOHMS
pin 2 00.42ohm
without AC
pin 1 02.56ohms
pin 2 00.10ohms
R3093 with ac plugin
pin 1 000.1mv
pin 2 021.9mv
HI. I have the same motherboard and the same symptoms. When I connect the charger I have a constant consumption of 0.6A heats the cpu and does nothing, it does the same when I connect the battery. Did you solve it?
I forgot to help @jp_jota after Post33. Probably, I got busy at that time and was away. So I did not see Post33. Sorry.
Dear @MarkosG,
is the 0.6A consumption before pressing the power button? If so, it is too much and you should look for some shorted component on the mainboard.

Hello!!! When I connect the charger I have a constant consumption of 0.6 A, heats up the CPU and does not do anything without pressing the power button.
The voltages are correct in coils 3v, 5v, 1.1v in the cpu coil.
I reset the bios and it worked, after turning it off it did not work anymore.
