probook 6555b problem

i have hp probook 6555b amd (6050a2356601 -mb-a02)

it shut down random even in set up or during install windows after 10 sec or 1 min or 5 min or 8 min

all volt's ok no heat

any help pleas

Probooks and Elitebooks are extremely picky about the adapter. Glad you found it before you tried doing any repair work on the mainboard.

Could be northbridge issue.
