lenovo ideapad s10-3 no 5v on cpu fan

Hi friends i need help on this notebook boots fine but the problem is the cpu fan is not spinning and overheating so notebook shutdown,there is no 5v on the connector on the board,but when i take out and check cpu fan and inject 5v fan is spinning.It is possible can i make jumper and take 5v and ground to the near usb port?I have attached the image of the board.

I joust make this yesterday on one Dell i take 5v form usb

ok thanks i already done connecting ground and 5v on usb port fan spins now but very fast should i connect the yellow wire to the connector before?

if you give 5v on red wire, fan will spin very fast and may get damaged very soon. Better you give 3v on red wire and connect black wire to gnd. No need of yellow wire. Just discard it. Fan will spin moderately but enough to keep system cool.

connect it to 3.3VALW line

but why u did not check what is bad?

i already fixed the fan issue but there is a problem it shuts off after 30-40minutes.could it be me region?please help

Yes, shutdown after 30min is likely to be ME region issue.
If the shutdown time isn't consistent it's most likely an overheating issue.

i noticed that processor is hot even though i put back the fan source at 5v at full speed still getting hot it reaches 54c just used only playing music.I already replace thermal pads

54C is not that hot. probably, some program is running in background on your laptop.

If me region is bad ,laptiop will shutdown at exact same time every time. So just check it first whether it is me region issue or bad chip.

when i put notebook cooler it stays at 2 -3 hours.I think the chip is the problem
